The demands faced by companies today are manifold: globalization, technological progress and constant change. At the same time it is already clear that the challenge will be to find highly-qualified staff and executives and to ensure their commitment to the company.

Metaphorically this situation may be compared to a sea voyage: how can companies stick to their target destination in stormy, foggy and calm weather? What crew members are needed to achieve the target? How can executives maintain confidence, motivation and efficiency within teams and among staff members? How can icebergs lurking beneath the surface and “sinking” change processes be detected early and deftly circumvented?

To stay on target it is sometimes necessary to take guidance from outside. An overview, new perspectives, clear signals and impulses help to establish the current position and reset the course in line with prevailing conditions to enable the vessel to dock successfully in the port of destination.
